but reali, i think deep down inside everyone of us, all of us girls longed to be princesses, even though it was a looong time ago. deep in my heart, i still believe wishes do come true, and that fairytales reali do exist. ya, childish i know.
but i mean, to just have a prince who loves you for who u reali are, to be pretty everyday, and the major events of ur lives involve parties and ballroom gowns and pretty clothing and people. and all the princesses i've seen in all the fairytales are all pretty nice girls too.. they have a great character and they always believed in what they had or didn't have.
just let me dream for awhile..
can u imagine a whole palace garden filled with roses and lilies and baby's breath and flowers of every sort? the entrance would be so grand and everything would be drawn be horses.. they'll be a pretty mum and a loving dad, who loves all their children. i shall learn the arts and read poetry and novels and take up horse-back riding as a hobby. den i'll learn to play the piano and the harp, and i can have music of every sort. there'll be no need to worry about expenses, because we are royalty!
my bedroom will be filled with fresh flowers everyday and when i draw my curtains, i can have the whole view of the gardens, and the ponds and maybe even the seas. i'll have many many pretty dresses, a huge dressing table, full length mirrors and a beautiful princess-like bed, with the canopy drawn over me. the pillows will be all fluffly like, and when i sink my head into them, i'll fall asleep immediately. the matress will be soft and comfy and my quilt shall keep my warm all night. there'll be frills all over the sides of the bedsheets and of course, my room will be pink and purple!
i'll be singing in the gardens and reading the whole day. occassionally learn painting and have tea with my parents, the king and queen. there'll be wonderful gaazebos with vines twining around the entire gazebo, and when i sit there, i can just day-dream about my handsome prince whilst looking out to the vast sea.
there'll be a greenhouse, and lots of open land, green and all nature like. animals!! all of them will be in the stables, and perhaps, i could learn to talk to them. i'll try to be a sweet and polite princess and make my parents proud of me.. when i do have the time, i'll go to the village square to interact with the people there. of course, they won't know i'm the princess and i'll wear clothes like theirs..
my marriage will be celebrated by everyone in the kingdom. my wedding gown will be white with a looong trail behind.. and there'll be pink baby roses embroided into my gown and veil. there'll be flower girl and page boys and bridesmaids and stuff. my wedding bouquet would be 7 long-stemmed yellow roses, my favourite, tied together simply with a translucent, elegant ribbon. when i walk down the aisle, there'll be rose petals thrown and evryone will be happy. (: my dad will walk my down the aisle proudly and i'll be happy too..
he, in turn will be wearing a white tuxedo, but not the normal kind we see.. there are more ruffles and shows his prince-ly demeanour and has golden buttons.. when my dad finally hands me over to him, he'll smile, and we'll exchange wedding vows and mean it. we'll look into each other eyes, and declare our love openly.. he'll hold both my hands, and make me feel very very loved and whisper in my ear that i'm evrything he could ever wish for, and i look pretty in my wedding dress..
my dresses will be like in all the fairy tales (not all actually, apart from princesss jasmine's though i like hers too), nicely fitted on the top, and a balloon-like skirt. i'll get a few of princess jasmine's kind of outfit too, i love that fairytale, hence the name, jasmine. i'll learn dancing and be princess like, sittng up straight, knowing which fork and spoon to use, and not disgracing my prince in any way.
at the wedding dinner, i shall stand at the top of the stairs and all eyes will be on me and my prince will be in the centre of the dance floor. as soon as my feet touches the last step, he'll be there, just in time, to say,"may i have this dance?" of course, i'll not shout, but smile, a coy one, and deep down, the both of us know that i'd be pleased to.. he'll take my hand, and lead me to the centre of the huge ballroom.. all eyes would be on us, and the music starts playing. he'll tell me softly that i look beautiful and everything would be so perfect. he leads, i follow, and my purple dress would be just nice.. not too fanciful, but elegant enough to capture the attention of my prince..
i'll walk elegantly and gracefully, and not miss a step...
